The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Law Graduate to join our Corporate team in Sydney on a permanent basis. You will assist and work alongside a team of experienced Corporate lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, employee share option plans, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and general commercial contracts.
